This hotel is a super base for a trip in Pai. The rooms are spotless with comfy beds and the staff are very good! The location is amazing and marvellous, close enough to stroll down to the markets. For lunch or dinner go to Na's Kitchen, located very close to the property.

Located on a hill, it's easy to get into town for the bars and walking street. The staff at this hostel are friendly and welcoming, providing a wealth of information about the area. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with some even offering a balcony. The in-house bar is a great place to meet other travelers and enjoy a few drinks at fair prices.

Some showers may have limited hot water and pressure.

Oh, the joy of old bed sheets and unreliable WiFi in my private room. So glad the bathroom bins were never emptied, and no cleaning was done during my 4-night stay!

My wife says that a play area for children would have been a great addition. Our kids wished they had a designated space where they could have some fun and interact with other children.

The tour desk at Happy House was incredibly helpful in planning our family's activities in Pai. They provided great recommendations and organized everything for us, making our trip stress-free. The luggage storage space was also convenient for us, allowing us to explore Pai without worrying about our belongings. Plus, the free WiFi throughout the property was a lifesaver for keeping the kids entertained during downtime.

For dads, it would be great if there were more family-friendly amenities or activities for children.

happy house backpackers exceeded my expectations during my stopover in pai. the staff went above and beyond to help during a medical emergency, making sure we were taken care of. the clean room, hot water, and great wifi made for an excellent value for money. would definitely stay again.
